1. DISASSEMBLY Unscrew rebound cap with a pin wrench |
2. Loosen the cap while maintaining the lock-nut |

3. Slide out dust seal, heat up fork leg to remove the outer fork tube |
4. Remove fork bushings |

5. Loosen the inner cap with a pin wrench |
6. Remove fork spring and drain fork oil |
||
7. Take the internal system outside |
8. For KTM 65 SX, you need to machine the bottom fork according to the following instruction |

10. ASSEMBLY Glue the inside guide replacing the OEM inner cap with high strentgh Loctite |
|
|
11. Use the special Bud Racing tool to screw and block the guide |
|
12. Set the bush on this new guide |
|
13. Reassembly the dust seal, clip and oil seal with the fork on the tube |
|
14. Insert the internal kit into the fork and tube |
|
15. Set the compression cap into the bottom fork and internal kit bottom that you just inserted |
|
16. Torque the compression cap at 60 Nm (44.25 ft-lbs) while maintaining the top kit with a T bar wrench |
|
17. Keep the fork straight with outer tube at the bottom and fill in the fork with 3wt fork oil while bleeding the rod until 90mm (3.54'') of the top (between 85 mm (3.34'') and 95mm (3.74'') according to the rider's weight) |
|
18. Install the proper fork spring rate (based on rider skill and weight) and cap and tighten the cap while maintaining the lock-nut |
|
19. Screw the rebound cap and tighten it normally without overtighting (follow OEM factory recommendations) |
Install the forks on your bike and ride ! ;-) |

Track your order
After shipping your order, an email and / or SMS will be sent by UPS with the tracking number of your package. You will then just have to connect to the carrier's website to track your package. Check your spam or junk mail if necessary.
